What is your refund & cancelation policy? BOOKING-FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. While we are happy to apply your payment to store credit for a future date (subject to availability), we do not provide refunds. As soon as you place your order, we immediately start making investments to ensure your cake will be completed on-time and to your specifications, some of which include: turning down other potential orders, planning out the design of your cake, and purchasing tools and supplies specifically for your cake. If your entire order is not paid by the due date, your order will be canceled due to non-payment.
Do you deliver? The convenience of delivery can be added to any order at the time your order is placed. There is a $30 minimum delivery fee. All delivery fees are calculated based on the size of the order, the day of the week, location, delivery time & traffic. In most instances delivery can be added same day. We deliver in or near Dallas, Texas .
Where & what time do I pick-up my order? The Cupcake Liner is located in Dallas Texas, 75237 near I-20 and Hampton road. The exact pick-up address will be provided at the time your order is placed. We are NOT a full-time cake shop and all pick-ups are scheduled by appointment only. Please notify us of your preferred pick-up time at least 1 week prior to your event date. Please arrive no later than 30 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time. We schedule other deliveries around your appointment time so please notify us if you are running late for any reason. If you are unable to pick-up your order at the agreed upon time, your pick-up time may be defaulted to our availability on that particular day after deliveries have been completed.
